简介
范晓伟,男,1995年,汉族,中共党员,讲师。2025年至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院教师。参与了国家重点研发计划专项1项。共发表各类论文20余篇,其中以第一作者在Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Research International, LWT-Food Science and Technology 等TOP期刊发表SCI论文7篇。有高被引论文1篇,参编外文著作1部。
